Indeed, I need so much of it!! At least 8 h. How many hours do you need? Most of the time, I'm still very tired when I get up. But what can I do about it? ⠀
🌿 Someone told me it helps to drink celery juice every morning before breakfast. I will try it. However, it doesn't sound delicious.
